• Segregation of raw materials based pm specifications and end applications of the springs.
• First piece/Sample approval
• On line inspection and process control
• Batch/Sample inspection of production
• Internal Inspection Reports for every batch consisting of dimensional specifications and load-deflection characteristics,
• All our measuring instruments, spring testers & temperature gauges are calibrated periodically
• Material certificates specifying chemical & physical properties, as required.
